Treasure Island's Gold Bar Whiskey Launches Sunset Movie Nights
Gold Bar Whiskey a distillery offering a premium collection of American whiskies is hosting a series of outdoor sunset movie nights featuring movies filmed on or around Treasure Island. The visuals are quite impressive with downtown San Francisco in the background.
Programming includes a live sunset DJ set and food & cocktails available for purchase. Tickets are $10. Kids under 2 years old are free and dogs are welcome. Bring your own chair or a limited number of chairs will be available. Blankets are encouraged.
The August 13 showing of "The Parent Trap" opens at 7:20 p.m. with the movie starting at 8:20 p.m. The final ferry from Treasure Island leaves at 10:45 p.m.
The September 10 showing of "Bicentennial Man" opens at 6:40 p.m. with the movie starting at 7:40 p.m. The final ferry from Treasure Island leaves at 10:05 p.m.
The October 8 showing of "What Dreams May Come" opens at 5:56 p.m. with the movie starting at 6:56 p.m. The final ferry from Treasure Island leaves at 9:10 p.m.
