Santa Cruz: A Local Favorite
If there's anything better than a rickety sounding wooden roller coaster, it's a rickety sounding wooden roller coaster on the beach. It's so exquisitely California.
Your day trip includes admission to the infamous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, a bag of salt-water taffy and healthy car snacks to balance out the fair food. On the way there, take a quick stop at the world's most beautiful and only Taco Bell on the beach. Come back over the summit of the Santa Cruz mountains.
-
It is free to enter the Boardwalk and the beach. If you want to go on the rides, the best deal is a wristband for unlimited rides. Rates are cheaper on week days. $50 - $65 per person
-
If your teens want to rove freely, get them a Boardwalk card. They can buy food, play mid-way games or use it for laser tag, mini-golf, fright walk and laser maze. $50 per person

We can set up private transportation to make your drive to Santa Cruz seamless and easy — and for once, you can enjoy the view as much as the rest of the family. Plus, all the time you would spend looking for parking is now family fun time.
Car and driver is $90/hour plus 20% gratuity. $1,080 for a 10-hour day, for a party up to 7.
You can also rent a car (but urban rules apply to Santa Cruz: Do NOT leave valuables visible in your car.) Use Angela Benedict in Concierge code, and they’ll take good care of you.
